Capacity building ensures a sustainable development in emerging nations and consequently to support this statement, the necessary activities in connection with such starting point should be arranged. On the strength of this, JARI Foundation with support by GIZ want to be available by offering webinar focusing on human development for its community and also for German alumni society in Indonesia willing taking part in JARI’s activities.
Online Guest Lectures focusing on team building provide the introduction of JARI’s activities on capacity building. The Lectures serve the related communities as an option to make themselves well-elevated, not only in professional development but also personal improvement. Taking into account that the webinar participants are professionals who run own business or/and employed in a corporate with complexity of team work structure, these online lectures offer the participants knowledge advancement on team building strategies supplied by the experienced orators as well as mentoring discussion within the session between the participants and the orators. The aim of the webinar series is to show the Jari’s community and other related parties of how the foundation presents itself available in supporting the UN SDGs by actively organizing the needed events. The online guest lectures are designed in series, whereby the first two sessions will be on schedule for fulfilment. E-Certificate of the online guest lecture for participant is provided by request.
Further Support on human development should be provided by GIZ through JARI Foundation to its community and other parties related. The results of the online guest lectures have shown that such activities are needed and such activities have the abilities to inspire the community for getting in touch with JARI Foundation and encourage each individual to develop further his/herself within the life circumstances.
The obstacle that needs to be worked out is the commitment of registration entries, which was not met with the expectation at the events. Absent without valid excuse is the next question to be solved for the upcoming events in the future. Still, the duration of presentation by advisors should be extended as suggested by each advisor in the events. For such activities on capacity building, practical exercises are commonly called for during the event.
